Forgot your password?

If you’ve forgotten your password and are unable to access your Tradeit vendor account, don’t worry! It’s easy to recover your password and get back to managing your store. Follow the instructions below to reset your password securely.


🧠 Why You Might Need to Reset Your Password

  • Forgot your password after logging out or a long period of inactivity
  • Entered the wrong password multiple times and your account was temporarily locked
  • Lost access to your registered email address or phone number
  • Changed devices and can’t recall your login details

🔄 How to Reset Your Password

Follow these steps to reset your password and regain access to your account:

  1. Go to the Tradeit Login Page
    Visit the Tradeit Login page: https://tradeit.co.zw
  2. Click on “Forgot Password”
    On the login page, below the password field, click on Forgot Password?
  3. Enter Your Registered Email Address
    You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your vendor account.
  4. Check Your Email for the Reset Link
    After entering your email, Tradeit will send you a password reset link.
    Check your inbox (and spam folder if you don’t see it) for this email.
  5. Click on the Password Reset Link
    Open the email and click the Reset Password link. This will take you to a secure page to create a new password.
  6. Enter Your New Password
    Choose a strong password that includes:
    • At least 8 characters
    • A combination of uppercase and lowercase letters
    • Numbers and symbols (e.g., @, #, $)
  7. Save Changes
    After entering your new password, click Save or Reset Password.
  8. Log In with Your New Password
    Return to the login page and enter your new password to access your Tradeit account.

  • Avoid using personal information (e.g., your name or birthdate).
  • Use a password manager to generate and store strong passwords.
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security (if available).
