🔍 Where to Find Your User Account Info
To access or update your user account info:
- Visit https://tradeit.co.zw
- Click Log In and access your Vendor Dashboard
- In the top-right corner, click on your profile picture or name
- Select Account Settings or Edit Profile

1. Change Email Address
- Navigate to Dashboard > Account Settings
- Enter your new email and confirm your password
- Click Save Changes
🔔 Make sure your email is active. Tradeit sends order alerts, buyer messages, and verification notices to this address.
2. Update Phone Number
- Go to Settings > Store (this updates your public store contact)
- For your private user contact, update under Account Settings
- This helps Tradeit contact you for order or account issues
3. Change Password
- Visit Dashboard > Account > Change Password
- Enter your current and new password
- Click Save

4. Change Username or Display Name
- Go to Edit Profile
- Note: Username changes may require admin approval
