Configuring Shipping Options on the Tradeit Seller Dashboard #
- Log In to Your Seller Account
Go to the Tradeit marketplace website and log in using your seller account credentials. - Navigate to the Seller Dashboard
Once logged in, locate the “Seller Dashboard” or “My Account” section, usually accessible from the top-right corner. - Access Shipping Settings
In your dashboard, look for “Settings” or a similar option. Within this section, find and click on “Shipping” or “Shipping Options.” - Add New Shipping Methods
- Click on the “Add Shipping Method” button.
- Select your preferred shipping carrier or service from the available options (e.g., DSV, DHL, FedEx, or a custom shipping option you may offer).
- Name the method (e.g., “Standard Shipping” or “Express Delivery”) and specify the delivery time (e.g., 3-5 business days or 1-2 weeks).
- Set Shipping Rates
- Choose whether to set flat rates for shipping or offer rates based on order weight or distance.
- Enter the shipping cost for each method. You can also set up different rates for domestic and international shipping.
- Define Shipping Regions
- Select the regions or countries you are willing to ship to. You may have the option to enable worldwide shipping or restrict it to specific zones (e.g., domestic only, specific continents).
- Free Shipping Option (Optional)
If you offer free shipping, toggle the Free Shipping option, and define whether it applies for all orders or only when a minimum purchase threshold is reached (e.g., “Free shipping on orders above $100”). - Handling Fees (Optional)
You can also add any handling fees that apply to your shipping options. - Save Your Settings
Once all options are configured, make sure to save your settings by clicking on “Save” or “Apply”. - Test Your Setup
To ensure your shipping configuration is correct, create a test listing and proceed to checkout as a customer to review the available shipping options.
