As a vendor on Tradeit, receiving timely order notification emails is essential for keeping your business running smoothly. These emails inform you whenever a customer places a new order, helping you fulfill it promptly and maintain excellent service. If you’re not receiving these emails, don’t worry—this guide will walk you through troubleshooting and fixing the issue.


What Are Order Notification Emails?

Order notification emails are automatic alerts sent to your registered email address when:

  • A customer places a new order
  • An order’s status is updated (e.g., marked as “Processed” or “Completed”)
  • You receive a return or cancellation request

Without these emails, you could miss orders, delay shipping, or lose customer trust.

🔹 1. Check Your Email Spam or Junk Folder

Sometimes, email clients (like Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook) mistakenly mark notification emails as spam.
