The Subscriptions menu is where you manage your vendor plan on Tradeit. Just like mobile data bundles from NetOne or Econet, your subscription plan determines:

• How many products you can list
• Access to premium features like advertising, promotions, or featured listings
• Your store’s visibility and tools

This guide walks you through how to view, change, and manage your subscription plan on Tradeit.

📍 Where to Find the Subscriptions Menu

1. Visit https://tradeit.co.zw and log in to your Vendor Account.
2. On the left sidebar of the Vendor Dashboard, click Subscriptions.

This takes you to the main screen showing:

• Your active subscription
• Expiry date
• Plan benefits (e.g., number of products allowed)
• Option to upgrade or renew

📦 Types of Subscription Plans on Tradeit

Tradeit offers various vendor plans depending on your store size, goals, and feature needs. Each plan may differ by:

A vendor in Masvingo selling handmade sandals may start with the Basic plan (25 products) and later upgrade to Standard to access advertising and increase exposure.

🔎 Viewing Your Current Plan

When you click Subscriptions, you’ll see your current plan details:

• Plan name: e.g., Starter Plan
• Status: Active, Expired, or Pending Renewal
• Start date and expiry date
• Product limit: How many items you can upload
• Features included: Whether you can advertise, access flash sales, etc.

This is helpful if:

• You want to check when to renew
• You’re trying to list more products but hit the limit
• You need access to marketing tools like advertising

🆕 How to Upgrade or Change Your Plan

To upgrade:

1. Go to the Subscriptions menu.
2. Click Change Plan or Upgrade (depending on your current status).
3. Choose a new plan from the list displayed.
4. Follow the prompts to complete payment via:
   • EcoCash
   • ZIPIT
   • VISA/MasterCard
   • Bank Transfer

Once payment is confirmed, your new plan activates immediately or on the expiry of the current one (based on Tradeit’s billing rules).

Example:

You hit the 100-product limit and want to upload your new winter jackets. You upgrade to the Premium Plan that supports 300 listings. You also unlock homepage promotion as a bonus.

🔁 Renewing Your Subscription

Before your plan expires:

• Tradeit sends a reminder email and dashboard alert
• You’ll be able to renew manually through the Subscriptions page

Failure to renew may result in:

• Your store being suspended
• Products hidden from search
• Loss of advertising privileges

❌ What Happens When Your Plan Expires?

If your subscription expires:

• You may no longer upload new products
• Some products may become hidden
• Access to premium features like Advertising, Featured Listings, or Promotions is blocked
• You may be moved to a Free Trial plan with limited visibility

To avoid disruption, always renew on time or turn on auto-renew if available.

Q: I upgraded but still can’t upload more products.

• Check if your payment was confirmed.
• Refresh the dashboard.
• Contact Tradeit Support.

Q: I can’t see the Upgrade option.

• Your current plan may still be active. Wait for it to expire or contact support for manual upgrade.

Q: I want to downgrade.

• Downgrading is possible only after current plan expires. Choose the new plan at that time.
