Withdraw
The Withdraw menu allows you to transfer your available earnings from sales made on Tradeit into your personal or business bank account, or mobile money wallet such as EcoCash — giving you control over your income flow.
Where to Find Withdraw
- Log in to your vendor account at https://tradeit.co.zw
- From the Vendor Dashboard, select Withdraw on the left-hand menu
Here, you will see:
- Your current balance available for withdrawal
- Your withdrawal history (past transfers)
- Options to request a new withdrawal
Step-by-Step: How to Make a Withdrawal Request
- Click Withdraw in your dashboard
- Check your available balance (this is the amount you can withdraw after deducting Tradeit fees and pending orders)
- Click Request Withdrawal
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw (minimum withdrawal amounts may apply)
- Select your payment method:
- Bank transfer (enter your bank details if not already saved)
- Mobile money (EcoCash, Telecash, etc.)
- Review the details and click Submit
Important Notes for Zimbabwean Vendors
- Withdrawal Timing: Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on your chosen payment method and bank schedules.
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount: Usually set to a minimum $20 to reduce processing costs (check your dashboard for specifics).
- Fees: Some payment methods may incur small transaction fees deducted before payout.
- Verification: Ensure your bank or mobile money details are accurate to avoid payment delays.
Example
Vendor Tinashe sells handmade baskets on Tradeit. After making sales totaling ZWL 150,000, he checks his Withdraw menu. With a minimum withdrawal of ZWL 10,000, he requests to withdraw ZWL 100,000 to his EcoCash wallet. Within 2 days, Tinashe receives the funds and continues growing his business.
Viewing Withdrawal History
You can always check:
- Date of withdrawal
- Amount withdrawn
- Payment method
- Status (Pending, Completed, Failed)
This helps you track cash flow and manage your business finances accurately.
Troubleshooting Withdrawals
Issue | What To Do |

Withdrawal not received after 3 days | Contact Tradeit support with your withdrawal reference number |
Incorrect payment details entered | Update your payment info in Account Settings and request a new withdrawal |

How to Update Your Payment Details
- Go to Account Settings in the dashboard
- Select Payment Information
- Enter or update your bank or mobile money details
- Save changes
