Tradeit is a multivendor online marketplace in Zimbabwe where various vendors sell a wide range of products. Anyone who has any physical product to sell is welcome to open a seller (vendor) account and start selling on this website.

Tradeit connects buyers with sellers through an online platform. Buyers can browse and purchase products from different vendors.

To create an account, click on the “Login/Register” link on the homepage, provide the required information, and follow the prompts to complete your registration.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “Lost Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.

Log in to your account, navigate to the “Account Settings” section and click on “Edit Profile“, and update your personal information as needed.

Use the search bar at the top of the page or browse through the various categories listed on the homepage.

Once you’ve found a product, click on it, select the quantity, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

Tradeit accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile money, and bank transfers.

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log in to your account and view your order status in the “Orders” section.

To become a vendor, click on the “Sell on Tradeit” link, complete the vendor registration form, and await approval from our team.

Tradeit charges a commission on each sale made through the platform. Detailed fee information is available in the “Vendor Guidelines” section.

After your vendor account is approved, log in, navigate to the “Vendor Dashboard,” and follow the steps to list your products.

You can manage your orders through the “Vendor Dashboard,” where you can view, process, and update the status of your orders.

Shipping costs vary based on the product’s size, weight, and destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times depend on the vendor and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Yes, you may provided your order is still “processing”. Contact the Seller directly or our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address.

Tradeit offers a return policy that allows you to return products within a specified period if they meet the return criteria. Details are available in the “Returns and Refunds” section.

Log in to your account, navigate to the “Orders” section, select the order you wish to return, and follow the instructions for requesting a return or refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
