At Tradeit, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for buyers and sellers. This Refund Policy applies to all stores unless a vendor has specified their own refund policy on their store page.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Buyers may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Defective or Damaged Products – Item is faulty, broken, or arrived damaged.

• Incorrect Item Received – Wrong product, size, color, or variation.

• Item Not as Described – Product does not match the seller’s description or images.

• Non-Delivery – Item was not delivered within the estimated timeframe.

2. Refund Process

1. Buyers must submit a refund request through the Tradeit Buyer Dashboard within [X] days of receiving the item.

2. Sellers have [Y] days to respond to the refund request.

3. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within [Z] business days.

4. If the seller denies the request and the buyer disagrees, Tradeit may mediate the dispute.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Buyer’s change of mind (unless the vendor allows it).

• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable by the vendor.

• Digital products or services unless faulty.

• Items returned in used or altered condition (unless defective).

4. Vendor-Specific Policies

• Vendors may override this policy by specifying their own refund terms on their store page.

• If a vendor has no stated policy, this default policy applies.

5. Contact & Dispute Resolution

For refund-related concerns, buyers should contact the vendor first. If unresolved, Tradeit may assist in mediation but is not responsible for vendor-issued refunds.
